Pro subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact support@smsh.run within 14 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund.
After the 14-day window, monthly Pro subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you will not be charged for the next month.
Monthly Team plans follow the same rule as Pro: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month, no refund for the current period after that, cancel anytime to stop future renewal.
Annual Team plans receive a prorated refund of unused full months on cancellation, less any applicable discount differential. Example: a 12-month plan paid up front and cancelled after 5 full months will refund 7/12 of the annual fee, less the difference between the annual and monthly rate for the months already used.
Per-seat changes within an active Team plan are handled by Stripe in the usual way: adding seats prorates a charge for the remaining period, and removing seats credits the prorated amount toward the next invoice.
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the written agreement (Order Form, Master Services Agreement, or equivalent) executed between you and Smash AI, Inc. That agreement controls fees, term, termination, and refund handling. Where the written agreement is silent, the principles in this Refund Policy apply by default.
Compliance Certificates are final-sale digital goods. Each certificate is generated and signed against your tracea chain at the moment of issuance and cannot be revoked or undone.
Where a paid plan includes metered usage above a baseline (for example, a Team plan with overage), metered charges already billed are not refundable, since the underlying capability has already been consumed. Disputes about specific metering events should be sent to support@smsh.run within 30 days of the invoice for review.
Enterprise customers operating under an SLA receive service credits in accordance with the SLA terms in their written agreement. SLA credits are issued as account credit, not cash, and are the sole and exclusive remedy for service availability shortfalls unless otherwise specified.

Initiating a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account, in which case sections 8 (Term, Suspension, and Termination) and 10 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms of Service apply.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the new effective date and do not affect refunds for charges incurred under a prior version of the policy.
